ELECTRICALLY HEATED CHAMBER FOR THE TREATMENT OF MEAT (1 TROLLEY

This chamber is suitable for the treatment of products of meat and executes automatically all stages of treatment of each product.

MANUFACTURE - EQUIPMENT
It is manufactured with stainless steel AISI 304 which is suitable to come in cotact with food.
It consists of the side-walls, the roof, the reinforced floor and the door.
All the walls are detachable and carry polyurethane insulation to minimise the loss of heat. The floor is made of a strong stainless steel frame and it is reinforced with protective guides on the sides. A loading ramp makes it easier to load or unload the chamber.
The door is also manufactured with stainless steel. The robust door is securely connected to the chamber with two specially designed hinges. A silicon rubber all around the frame of the door and two clamps ensure that there are no leaks of heat or air.
The heating of the chamber is achieved by use of electrical resistances constructed of a special alloy highly resistant to corrosion.

The air circulation is controlled by a freequency converter [Inverter] and stainless steel fans that send the air through the special side channels.
The temperature of the core of the product is controlled by sensors. The chamber is equiped with a network of pipes and all the neccessary electrovalves and sprinklers/injectors to ensure its proper function. It also has a washing system which uses a special chemical liquid.

Dimensions of the single trolley chamber: 1600x1500x2800 mm
Dimensions of each trolley: 1000x1000x1980 mm
The Capacity of each trolley is: between 120 to 300 kilos depending on the product.
The capacity of the single trolley chamber is: 250 kilos of sausage in 2,5 hours roughly.

MICRO-PROCESSOR
The operation of the chamber is completely automated and it is achieved through the latest processor JUMO IMAGO F 3000 that is produced in Germany. This processor executes all the stages [steps] of treatment-Curing [drying - Baking - Smoking - boiling - Shower - cooling and chamber washing] according to the program.
The processor is responsible to control the proper conditions (temperature - humidity - core) for the products. It is easy to use and it makes all the neccessary changes of the values of each phase of the operation. We can store up to 99 programs in its build in memory that we can recall or change at any given moment.

Each program can be selected from a list. The various steps neccessary for the treating process is stored in a program (relative values and limits), which can contain up to 99 steps.

ELECTRICAL COMPARTMENT
A stainless steel fuse box contains all the neccessary electrical elements that are required for the proper and safe operation of the chamber. A modern system of control via micro-processor is included. Finally optical and sound alarm will warn you in case of overheating and/or malfunction.

Supply of cold water: pipe ½’’ / pressure 2 - 4 bar.
Supply of hot water: pipe ½’’ / pressure 2 - 4 bar.
Air supply: pipe ½’’/ pressure 5 bar.
