OPEN LITTER BIN WITH PEDAL

 

This litter bin is manufactured entirely with stainless steel AISI 304. It is suitable for the production areas of the modern food industry. There is a large square base with α pedal to open the lid, while at the upper part there is a special circular frame so that the bag is secured with a rubber band. The bin has no body frame in order to increase quantity as well as provide easy access and cleaning.

HOOK FOR BACON

 

This hook is to be used for the production of bacon. There are four hooks in the lower part to hang the meat and on on the upper part so as to hank the meat on the smoking sticks. It is entirely contructed with stainless steel.

MATURING CHAMBER FOR PRODUCTION OF AIR DRIED SALAMI

The chamber is made of stainless panel 80mm thick. The door is constructed with stainless steel and its width reaches 1100mm. There is a central Clima unit that keeps the desired climatic conditions inside the chamber.

Stainless steel air-channels circulate air inside the chamber while temperature and humidity sensors help in keeping the proper conditions.

The dimensions of the chamber are: 1500X4000X2800 mm (LxWxH) and the capacity is 3 trolleys (3x300Kg of salami aproximately).

CENTRAL CLIMATIC UNIT


The unit is made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 which is suitable to be used in the food production. There are electrical resistanses as well as cooling elements to regulate the temperature. Air is circulated via a centrifugal fstainless steel fan.


Exchanging of air and smoke is achieved with electro-pneumatic systems. A smoke generator is there to provide smoke in case it is needed. The operation of the chamber is fully automated. A digital microproccessor built by the German JUMO executes all programs following the pre-set steps (exchange of air-smoking-introduction of freshy air) for the whole cycle of teh production (through all the days of maturing)

The control panel is included in the electrical compartment with all the neccessary equipment that ensures a safe operation with no problems. A safety system is also present to warn us in case there is some malfunction or emergency. A sensor that measures the temperature of the core of the roduct is there to provide the best possible results.The installed power of the chamber is 15KW.

WORKBENCH FOR EMACIATION OF CARCASSES WITH 2m GRATE

 

This bench is constructed entirely with stainless steel. There are Teflon "legs" that can be regulated in height and a 2m grate in the lower part. On the upper part there is a sheet of Teflon which makes the bench ideal for the emaciation or the carving of meat.
