Compact Hygiene Station With Sole Cleaning Machine
This hygiene station is used to disinfect the shoes (soles) and hands of the staff before entering production areas where strict hygiene rules are applied.
The cleaning of the soles is achieved by the use of two brushes and disinfectant liquid which is sprayed automatically.
The hands are disinfected in the special opening where disinfectant is sprayed directly on the hands and access is granted.
The machine is designated for personal hygienic control when entering in and going out of working areas.
It consists of hand disinfection unit with turn style and brushes for sole cleaning, integrated in a common body and control. When entering in the working area a photocell switches on the brushes (time for rotating of the brushes is adjustable). The correct placing of both hands in the disinfector unlocks the turn-style of ⅓ turnover. When going out of working area, a second photocell unlocks the turn-style of ⅓ turnover and switches on the brushes.
Programmable controller Siemens allows settings of operating modes in a wide range. When there is no power supply the turn styles rotate free.
The turn style rotates in both directions and the station can be left (10.4010.00) or right execution (10.4011.00).
The turn style can rotate also only in one direction - when entering (left execution: 10.2010.00, right execution: 10.2011.00).
The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 DIN (AISI 304) and complies with the Council Directives No. 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/EC and USDA regulations.
