The machine is designated for longitudinal and transverse cutting of frozen meat blocks. The temperature of the raw product must be from -3° up to -28°С.
The raw block is placed on the groove, which is lifted by pneumatic cylinder. Up and down movements of horizontal and vertical knives (driven by hydraulic system) cut the block into pieces.
To prevent injuries the machine is equipped with safety cover with safety switch. The machine stops automatic if the cover is open during working. The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and complies with the Council Directives 2006/42/ЕС and 2006/95/EC, and USDA regulations.
