Carving and deboning line which provides ten work-stations. The meat is transported via a conveyor belt that passes the meat on the side of the work-stations. The tables of the work-stations are suitably formed so as to carry two standard Euro-crates (dimensions: 600Χ400Χ200mm) in the lower part.
A heavy duty chopping block is situated in the entrance of the line (dimensions 800Χ2000Χ900mm)
At the back end of the line there is a round, collecting table which will accumulate the processed meat. It is designed to rotate at a controlled manner. (dimensions Φ1500Χ870mm).
Another conveyor belt is placed on top of the deboning line and it carries away the bones and remnants of the meat.

The aforementioned machine is constructed with stainless steel and polyethylene so that it is suitable to come in contact with food stuff. The construction complies with ISO 9001:2008.
