The cutting machine CORTEX CB 496 was created by NOCK for the slicing of beef, pork, veal or turkey. The slices can be used in the production of Schnitzel, Gyros or skewed meat. The machine can also be used for the derinding of pork. The function of the machine requires only one operator when it is equipped with the specially designed return system.

Features:
